Refund Policy
Refunds are limited and reviewed case by case
Because many items are made or prepared specifically for each order, Rassmiz does not offer routine refunds for preference changes, buyer’s remorse, or minor variations that come with handmade work.
When we may approve a refund
Refunds may be considered if an item arrives seriously damaged, materially incorrect, or if there is another significant issue that makes the order unusable as delivered. We review these situations individually and may request photos or supporting details.
When refunds are usually not available
We generally do not refund orders simply because a customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, expected a different scale or natural variation, or wants to cancel after work on the order has already begun.
How to request help
If there is a serious problem, contact us promptly with your order number, a short explanation, and any relevant photos. We will review the issue and decide whether a refund, replacement, repair, or another resolution is most appropriate.
Chargebacks and disputes
We ask customers to contact us first so we have a fair chance to resolve serious issues directly. Filing a payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution while the payment processor reviews the claim.
