Orders are prepared for shipment after purchase
Rassmiz ships on order. That means most items are packed, finished, or finalized after the order is placed rather than being pulled from a large ready-to-ship inventory.
Processing timeline
Orders typically move into processing shortly after payment clears. Processing time may vary depending on workload, customization, material readiness, holidays, and carrier schedules.
Shipment timing and tracking
Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed by Rassmiz.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. If an address issue causes delays, rerouting, or return-to-sender handling, additional shipping charges may apply before re-delivery.
Lost or delayed packages
If a package appears lost or delayed, contact us and we will help review the tracking history and next steps. Carrier investigations may be required before a replacement or refund decision is made.
