Terms for shopping with Rassmiz

By using this site or placing an order with Rassmiz, you agree to these terms. They are meant to set fair expectations around ordering, payment, fulfillment, and customer communication.

Products and availability

Many Rassmiz pieces are handmade, made to order, or produced in small batches. Availability can change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct product details, pricing, or inventory errors before shipment.

Orders and payment

Orders are accepted only after payment is successfully authorized. If a payment is flagged, incomplete, or cannot be confirmed, we may pause or cancel the order and contact the customer if needed.

Fulfillment and shipping

Rassmiz generally ships on order rather than from a large pre-packed warehouse. Because of that, processing time can vary slightly based on current order volume, material availability, and finishing work.

Liability and misuse

Rassmiz is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products beyond the amount actually paid for the order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping details.
